This helps to keep the warm air in the house during the winter and warm air out of the attic during the summer. This house had 4"...

It took Bryan about 4 hours to complete the inspection. He went through everything and educated me on a lot of things during the inspection. It took about 2 days to get the report but it was about a 35 page report with pictures. I will be recommending NHIS to people I know.

About us

A home inspector isn't just a contractor that specializes on one component or system of a home. A home inspector ( socially speaking ) is a "Jack of all trades" or in this case all systems of a home and their components. From the roof to the basement.
At B&C Northern Home Inspection Specialists LLC ( B&C NHIS) we check at least 9 different systems of a home and their components. Roof, exterior, basement / crawlspace, Heating and cooling (HVAC), Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation and ventilation, interior and garage. We do a thorough inspection that takes about 4 hours and then you can expect your report in about 2 business days.
A Typical inspection costs $300 for the first 1000 sq. ft. Crawlspace add $50 because it takes longer.Garage add $25. We also offer radon and water testing for an additional charge.
We also offer the "We'll buy your home back guarantee" at no charge to you.
